俄罗斯通过体制改革和力量整合,构建起了世界上第二大的太空态势感知装备体系,具有强大的太空态势感知力量,其建设和发展太空态势感知力量的经验可以为太空态势感知力量的科学发展提供借鉴。概述了俄罗斯太空态势感知力量的发展历程、部队编成和指挥体系,以及太空态势感知装备的发展变化和能力现状,分析了俄罗斯太空态势感知力量未来的发展趋势。
Through structure reform and force integration,Russia has established the second largest space situational awareness equipment system in the world,and has a powerful space situational awareness force.Therefore,Russia’s constructing and developing space situational awareness force can provide a reference for the scientific development of space situational awareness force.The development process,military organization and command system of Russia’s space situational awareness force and the development process and capability of Russia’s space situational awareness equipment are summarized.The developing trend of Russia’s space situational awareness force is also analyzed.
