摘要

本文按照“立项、范围调整、稳步推进”三大主要阶段梳理了国际标准《ISO 2089:航天系统——运载火箭轨道级空间碎片减缓详细要求》的主要研制历程;对标准中避免释放操作性空间碎片、预防在轨解体、预防碰撞、离轨处置、再入等方面的主要内容相关背景和深层次目的进行了解读;并针对国内运载火箭领域的现状,提出了器箭双方发射轨道协调、轨道级受控离轨、大型级段再入方面的相关建议。

Abstract

Based on three major phases of“project approval,scope adjustment,steady promotion”,the main development process of“ISO 20893:Space systems-Detailed Space Debris Mitigation Requirements for Launch Vehicle Orbital Stages”is reviewed in this paper.Interpretation of the background and deep purpose of main contents about avoiding the release of operational space debris,preventing break-ups in Earth orbit,avoiding collision,de-orbit disposal as well as re-entry is also made.Aiming at current situation of domestic launch vehicle industry,related suggestions on the aspects of SC/LV coordination of launching orbit,controlled de-orbit of orbital stage and re-entry of large stage are given as well.
